Is someone know why hpta can auto-regulate himself with negative-feeback but hormones like insulin and hgh need somatostatine to regulate ?
And, if i remember correctly somatostatine inhibit glucagon and insuline, but those are kind of antagonist hormones. It doesn`t make much sens ?
