some advise please for next lean gain cycle

try this again after spending alot more time researching on this site.

Giving me alot more insight, great site guys :headbang:

Been on for the bette part of the year, and i am currently on sust tren a and mast and i am cutting down untill november 5th

I will drop to cruise of tren e 100 test e 100 for awhile.starting the tren e one week before stopping tren a.

I am in two minds on the next cycle which i would like to order and stock up on now.

Goal lean size gain.

Option 1

Test e week 1-20
Eq week 1-20
Npp week 1 to 9
Tren e week 9 to 20
Mast either throughout or only alongside tren

Would you lay this out differently?

Option 2

Just continue cycling tren mast test e 12 week blasts with cruise bridge in between

I am keen to give the eq a try, last i tried it was many years ago and my bf was too high to appreciate it so was somewhat dissapointed.

Current bodyfat 7.9 if caliper test is to believed i feel closer to 10 at this stage.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

I personally prefer 12 week blasts, with all quick acting stuff
Test blends (sus,eth or whatever) high dose
NPP(first 6weeks)
Last 6 weeks I drop the NPP
Add in tren ace and masteron that helps lean me out a little, may try something ddifferent on my next blast...
If you do high test, high eq or dec, use Higher HGH if you have any..
If you do low test, High tren then run a low dose of GH as the tren will keep u leleaner...
The best advice I can personally give, your lean gains WON'T be made through supper supps, but more from your diet traning and cardio....
Oh and before you decide to blast anything get bloods done!!!
If you keep onto of those 3 you won't get fat.... :cool:

I am so used to longe cycles trying to tear myself away from it lol

I will make sure bloods are in order before starting next blast will cruise at least a 6 to 8 weeks then see wher i stand.

I am not running gh at the moment, last i ran it was for 6 months and loved it, just vey expensive ove here especially when combining with aas
I havent tried the low test approach yet, i tolerate tren well to about 700 a week and havent felt the need to drop test to alleviate sides.

Your suggestion as i see it is

Drop test e and tren e
Week 1 - 6 npp (600 mg)
Week 6 - 12 tren a
Week 1- 12 prop
Week 6-12 mast
In week 12 start teste and tren e again for cruise

Just a thought, considering the compounds, can i just not run cruise dose tren e and test e alongside this blast throughout should make the transition smoother?

Diet and training on point, at the moment have about 2500 cal on weight days moderate carbs high pro modeate fats, cardio 45 min ed, drop all carbs on rest days and cardio only days. Increae cal to maintenance 3200 high carbs on leg day. Goal just cutting at the moment. cruise will be maintenanace cal, lean bulk will probably increase cal to 4000 clean cal, and drop cardio to 1 to 2 a week

Might consider running mast throught.
