Some bloodwork numbers

I trained heavy legs 2 days before the test. I also was on tren, drol pre-workout, mast, and test, eq during this bloodwork.

Ast 64
Egfr 62 normal but I want this better
Creatinine 1.41 slightly high
Calcium 10.5 slightly high
Rbc 6.19
Hemoglobin 18.4
Hematocrit 55.6
Plan on donating blood. Something I don't do near enough.



Everything else all in range. Hormone levels haven't came back yet. Will post when they do. Im pretty happy with these considering I jumped from a mass cycle to a cutting cycle with no cruise time but like 3 weeks. I take a lot of supps and I truly belive they do help when it comes to bloodwork.

I just got these as well. When it all comes back I will post the actual bloodwork. Just wanted to throw out the ranges that were off.

I wouldn't be concerned with your liver markers but 62 GFR is barely "normal". What are your past GFR numbers? You may want to get a Cystatin C test for a more accurate reading. Also what were your lipids?

And, as you mentioned, dump some blood.

I don't think the lipids came back yet. I only got some back today. I will post everything once it all comes back hopefully tomorrow. Yeah the GFR needs to come up. I have been taking astragalus at 5g per day for a few months (vitamin shoppe) brand. I did have that hard leg day 2 days before the test. So I was hoping that may have dropped it some. I plugged my numbers into the calculator Dante had posted and it had me up in the high 70s on that chart. I'm going to increase the astragalus to 7.5g and up the water. I'm going to pull more bloods in a few weeks then pull again about 4 weeks into my trt cruise. Hopefully get that number up. Also hoping once I hit my cruise all the numbers will look better.

No they didn't do a urine test.

Same thing happened too me. I went in after a squat-a-thon. My egfr was 61.
Took a week off of training went in and my egfr was 95

Oh yeah I killed Legs on Wednesday and had bloodwork Friday morning. Usually I don't do that but figured I would see what a difference it made. Last time my egfr was in the 90s as well. I didn't think it would effect it that much.
