some cool multi-vitamin info

Ive always taken opti-men multivitamin from Optimumnutrition they got a pretty cool site that list the various vitamins, minerals, and such that are in their multi. just click on the pill put the mouse on one of the many colored circles aroud the pill and it gives some good info.
even if you don't use that brand and your brand has some of the same stuff you at least will know why its in there.

Do you take all three at once, or spread them throughout the day?

Of all the brands, I find myself using ON the most. They just make overall great products.

Ive recently purchased thier Vassive C5. ..GREAT stuff.

Ive been taking Optimen for a while now... And thanks for posting this site. Reading " 75 ingredients" on the bottle doesnt hold the ground that actually being able to see which ingredients are in them do. I mean Brussle sprouts? And to think all this time, Ive been eating Brussle sprouts for protien and 0 fat... gagging, and my multi CONTAINS Brussle Sprouts!?!?!?

the site is cool to see all the ingredients and what they actually are, and what they are in there for.

I've been using Opti-men for half a year or so.

I take 1 in the morning with my other vitamins & 1 before bed with my other vitamins.
