he doesnt get on forums, just a friend i workout with and film lol...got him to try our folli and he's been trying different ways running it...says his muscle endurance is up, feels tighter, and strength is up, said he's up a few pounds also...

this guy every week bench presses 585-615 raw in the gym, he just told me he feels like he can do more now...i wanna see it!
