Thanks dad! I'm looking leaner allready, kinda weird how soon it is. And my chest looks bigger.
On a side note, I've figured out recently why my upper body is lagging so bad, I never done any of the excerises right expect for sholders.
Chest I never felt the burn with a BB, with DBs I can do it better, just recently made the switch.
Curls I used my sholders and not alot of bi.
Tris same.
Traps, oh god, never went all the way up and didn't DL long enough to make them develop.

Nah, but really I just take the basic stuff, creatine, glut, multi, fish oil and I use the 3 best anabolic out there, sleep, food and water.

Got some new pics from today. Lost about 10 pounds give or take a few from last months pics, I think I look the same size, maybe a hair bigger too.
