Some videos from today to demonstrate how I approach machine pullovers, and floor deadlifts. Perhaps they will be of value to some of the readers.

On pullovers I use an accentuated negative and stretch, but on the deadlifts I pretty much just pull and hope the bar moves :D
I didn't tape my backoff set on deads - I got 385 x 12 there. My best was 445 x 12 early last year, I'll work back up to that (+ some) over the coming months.

Awsome deads...And that back is getting super thick and wide. It is amazing how much you have grown. You have a great recipe for growth.
 
I think I might get back into powerlifting when I get sick of bodybuilding. I just love to deadlift.
 
You are just growing man, solid. I need to get back on track been going through a divorce & this stuff brings me back, good stuff

2-way. The workouts are long, but I like having 4 days off per week. When I start dieting in March I'll switch to the 3-way.

I know he'll chime in, but I'm pretty sure after his last contest he moved to the 2 way split to get a little mental break and hit the gym harder (in my opinion). From his posts it seems to have really helped. I do think he has a contest around the corner so don't know what will change.

Shelby really made progress in life in 09' & I enjoy watching 2010 start...

Your back is rounded during the deadlifts; I've always heard that the type of form you used in your video is a great way to develop serious back problems.

Do you think you could dead lift more with out wearing your inter planetary vision spectrometers?:D They have to be throwing your center of gravity off heh?
