Some videos from today to demonstrate how I approach machine pullovers, and floor deadlifts. Perhaps they will be of value to some of the readers.
On pullovers I use an accentuated negative and stretch, but on the deadlifts I pretty much just pull and hope the bar moves
I didn't tape my backoff set on deads - I got 385 x 12 there. My best was 445 x 12 early last year, I'll work back up to that (+ some) over the coming months.
