i know a guy

exactly like that...he is 72 now and easily has 21" arms, walks around at about 7 or 8% bf. i first met him about 8 years ago at gold's here...he used to play pro football, his name is ollie mcclay(sp?). i did not find out he was 72 until about 9 months ago...i thought the guy was 40-45. i was amazed to say the least...
