my quads/hams are lacking a bit. Yeah i did the mr Rochester show in June. I ended up taking 7th in light/heavy. some of my posing was pretty bad, here are some pics.

im 24yrs old 5'9" or so and about 204 in the pics up top, 181lbs at the show. hoping to grow a little into the show, starting to step it up now.

you look great, stay lean in the off season and concentrate on adding quality mass, youll be tough to beat.

Not a lot of weaknesses at all. Lots and lots of potential for sure.. actually very impressed.. Off season condition is phenomenal.

You look MUCH better from the front than from the back.

Now don't get me wrong, what I mean is that you look GREAT from the front... and that you'll be a total freak when your back matches the level of the rest of your body.
