So I need to tan my quads so I decided put on my trunks and stand out in the back yard...Not as easy as it seems..After bout a minute into it im bored as shit...So I thought Id take a few pics...Prolly good to get some outside where you cant control the lighting and give me and idea of what I really look like...Plus its like 105 degrees so it makes my viens come out...

Thanks a lot for the compliments and encouragement everyone...I am just counting the days now...

For the first time I can say I have been 100% percent focused on this prep....absolutely not cheating unless unless Mainevent says have a cheat meal....I thought I dieted good last year but now that I look back I was doing a lot of things wrong and doing too much cheating...At least for this contest I can say if anyone beats me that they are just a better bodybuilder than I am..There will be nothing to question or say I shoulda would coulda....
