Thanks guys.The kind comments are very motivational.Especially since i am having a bit of a struggle with my Diabetes right now Every time i seem to have it under control,it changes ! Below are recent pics.Im around 210 in these pics,but not using the same amount of "Supplements" as before......

I want to try and drop another 10lbs before the Olympia.Cant be going to the O looking like a fatass Its difficult as dropping carbs too low makes me have Hypo episodes and too much cardio either drops my Blood Glucose too low or i have a rebound effect and the excercise makes me have high Blood Glucose readings! Very frustrating !

Thanks,just had the kitchen fitted not long back I probably look bigger because im a short ass ! Im just under 5' 7".No more heavy cycles for me.250 - 500mg test per week at most and GH is off limits
