I for one am negative if I dont look as good or as big as someone else. But that's my perception...sometimes people will tell me I dwarf the guy. But I don't see it
I understand the importance of the article and Phatt's comment. 200 solid pounds is a big guy. I wrestled 190 in college and that was the highest weight below heavy. I truly was a bad ass. Bodybuilders yawn at 240 and 12%. Geez.
And I just turned 50, and comparing myself to others in the gym is going to quickly become even tougher on my ego.
