MMisha Koklyaev exhibition in Glasgow. 13/8/2010

- 270kg jerk from behind the neck (a new pb)
- 400kg deadlift x 3reps.
- 290kg no-hands squat (world record)
- 190kg snatch (25kg more than ever been snatched on Scottish soil before).

behind the back press is insane so is the no hands squat. if that was me the bar would fly off my back.

That was impressive - the no hands squat is something I've never seen before.
I guess that's a good way to make sure your back is straight and your balance is on. At least it's a good excuse to pop your collar.

One thing in particular...

Yes, the weights used... WOW! As mentioned already, the no handed squat was VERY impressive... he is a big dude with A LOT of athleticism... I RESPECT that.

But, the one thing I REALLY enjoyed... watching HIM, watch his facial expressions... I loved how he just seemed to be having a blast with this... you could see the confidence in him but at the same time you could see how "down to earth" he was and was just playing into the crowd, etc... THAT was great

I'd be hard pressed to choose which one of those is the most impressive. All of those lifts are impressive beyond words... so I don't really have a comment other than "WOW!".

He can jerk more than 99% of this board can rack deadlift.

He can snatch more than 99% of this board can rack deadlift.

That man is not of this world. Truly incredible feats and all made to look so easy. Id love to see how many times he could squat that weight he used because he made it look like it was an empty bar while using no hands.
