I have been focusing on very slow and controlled negative on my squats lately. It is probable 3-5 neg with a pause just below paralell and then exploding without locking out...and I dont think some people realize how much the negative hit the legs....WOW:headbang:
Todays leg workout was:
Squats, Leg Press, SLDL, Leg Curls and calf raise and I was SPENT!
