Someone PLEASE help me with my appetite

I make sure to get my fiber in morning (flaxseed) in my shredded mini wheats keeps me hungry. Weed at night before bed for evening appetite
 
What are you taking and how much? Orals?

No other rec drugs, prescription meds? OTC pain relievers, etc, etc?

no relivers, just a 420 friendly dude.

I take 3tsp metamucil every night / morning.

Smoke every day, doesnt do it for me anymore =/
 
Update!

Ive actually started having a little bit of an appetite, not much but its something, i think the frequency of the B12 is helping, ill take more when i get my 1in 25g pins.

I appreciate all the advice guys lets hope it picks up more:headbang:
 
if you live in a country where it's legal, you could try some marijuana. It has been shown to stimulate appetite.
 
IF YOU SMOKE WEED DAILY

Cannabinoids interact with a naturally occurring hormone in the body called leptin. Leptin is produced by fat tissue and helps to regulate the hypothalamus--the region of the brain that regulates weight. Leptin and cannabinoids belong to the same system that regulates appetite in the body and these two compounds work inversely to each other to regulate your appetite. Cannabinoids increase appetite and leptin decreases the levels of cannabinoids in the body, which causes a decrease in appetite. One example of leptin's effects is seen in dieting. When body fat is lost, less leptin is produced and this results in a stronger appetite.


To me this sounds like over indulgence of marijuana.
The body begins to adapt by releasing large amounts of leptin to clear THC from the bloodstream.

With large amounts of leptin floating thru your system you are not going to be hungry!

Take vitamin D to inhibit leptin production. As an added benefit, vitamin D also helps the body absorb calcium.

Take acetyl-l-carnitine (ALC) supplements. ALC is an amino acid that aids the brain in understanding how much leptin the fat cells are generating. When consumed at night, ALC is also shown to produce growth hormone, elevate moods and improve critical thinking skills. The typical recommended dosage is 500 mg of ALC twice a day, in the morning and before bed.

Look for other ways to reduce your leptin. OR TAKE A BREAK FROM SMOKING.
 
Weed will absolutely help but thats simply not an option for many.

There is also the synthetic cannabinoid route... I "know" of a great incense company thats got some great legal stuff **broken link removed**. Email them for info.

GHRP-6 made me hungry as crazy as well so adding some peps might be a good idea.
