somersault squats for more quad sweep?

Mine was already pretty tight from squats and I only did one set of these well only 8 reps before I gave up , I didn't notice any difference really. Maybe had I done more it may have tightened up more.

I saw a guy that had middle back surgery doing squats once standing on two boxes. He placed two 24" boxes about a foot apart , had a weighted dip belt around his waist and he would squat over the crack in the boxes letting the weight lower between them. That might have the same effect as "somersault" squats

That is like doing belt squats. John Parillo had a machine set up for that and I trained on it with him as a coach and another guy. training with me. Just about the best thing for building legs IMO, next to squats. It puts just about no pressure on the back and feels great. I loved doing those, but in order to do them right we needed at least one or two people there to help out.

I dont think this came from me...I could be wrong...but i dont remember that

I know somebody here posted this before. I could have sworn you said, "This guy might be onto something." Stating that this could be good at the end of a work out. Maybe I dreamt it..LOL!
