I've been doing these for a couple of weeks, I swear that I see an improvement already, anyone try these and if so, what's your experience?

well how was the leg training prior to doing these...???

Looks like he's practicing to ride a dick

I always just warmed up with leg extensions and leg curls, then do squats and deadlifts... The weights haven't been high enough, but even when I was in my 20's and squatted a lot, my legs had a lot more size, but no sweep... The reason this interests me is because I never had shoulders before, I was up to 100lb dumbbell presses and heavy barbell military presses and nothing... So finally I focused on side lateral raises and went heavy on those, bam, suddenly, it's one of my strongest body parts... So that can be the case here as well...

i always just felt no one has control over how the leg will
develop.....or any muscle for that matter...

i never did anything special for a quad sweep and mine are
probably my best body part....i never had HUGE legs...but the sweep
made them look huge front the front....

i will say i never really do anything leg wise with a wide stance...
just doesn't feel right to me......wider stance hurts my hips...

so maybe that's something

Video is stupid.... whats next .....

Looks legit, if it works for you then use closer to the end of a workout after compound movements.

We've got an older model hack squat at my gym I can bottom totally out with lighter weight and really does the same thing he's going here.

I also have always squatted a more narrow stance and his has given me a lot of quad thickness. I like to do unilateral leg extension and kinda angle my body to side where when I extend my quad during a rep I really feel it in the outside sweep of the quad.

There than one way to skin a cat and I actually like this idea, I'll try these on my quad workout

If this was scientifically proven to be the most beneficial movement for leg growth in the history of bodybuilding I still wouldn't do it because of how absolutely gay it looks lol

They actually look like they could be a very effective exercise if done correctly. Although some may encounter issue especially in the knees. They could definitely be used an effective finisher exercise with lighter weight though.

Looks like a great way to tear up your lower back. Seems similar to doing sissy squats . I would just do sissy squats.

I added these into pump sets on Fortitude Training.

It's actually a very effective exercise if done properly and does put a lot of tension on the sweep of the quad.

Its not a bad exercise at all - especially after years of doing the same shit. I have tried it a few times at the end of a tri-set or end of a workout. It does not "feel" as good in the front of a workout. If you are looking to mix it up then its not a bad one to add to the list. Plus if you wear a pair of yellow tights it really makes people uncomfortable. ;)

Lol, my waiter just walked up behind me while I was watching the exercise in the first video and gave me the weirdest look.

well i tried them , got looked at like i was raping the neighborhood cat.!!

i honestly didn't feel them as well as when i do single leg presses on the machine varying my foot angle

maybe they work for him , personally it was a pain in the ass to try to do alone and had no benefit for me
