Well, just like Maldorf and Emeric, I've got the unlucky genetics that means taking gear could turn out to be a deadly game of roulette. Luckily, I haven't used gear since 2004. So hopefully there won't be any adverse effects from my previous cycles.
Anyway. Is there anything that people in my position could take that wouldn't be too risky?
For example, is IGF-1, GH, SARMs, and insulin safe to use? Or does that affect hemoglobin/hct somehow as well?
Are their any steroids or other compounds that doesn't affect this that would be helpful in building muscle/keeping fat off?
