hello members, i need some advise. i ahve been on gh for almost 3 weeks now , and have seen a good decrease in bodyfat around my sides and midsection. i am impresed with it so far, but cant all of it to gh because ive been doing cardio 4 days a week, 40 min a day, and basic weight training 3 times a week, and a very good diet. (ive been on a low carb high protein diet)
i have been reading alot on the aas, and im more leaning towards anavar, because its mild, and all i want to do is now work on my cutting phase.
this is what i was thinking on working on as a cycle.
weeks1-7 anavar 40mg a day
weeks1-8 test cyp 200mg a week
thruout gh 2 i.u a day
i also need help with anti esg advise
please understand im trying to keep it low, and not trying to win any comps, but just want to cut and keep form.
all advice is welcome, please dont bash me, as this will be my first cycle, and id like to start easy, thanks
