Sore delt...

Hey everybody, I'm more of a reader and I've learned alot from this board but I need a little help. I decided to try pinning with a slin pin after researching and hearing of guys having alot of success. So I did 1.5cc in right delt with no prob. I did my second inject in left delt, 2cc. Right after my delt was pretty sore but I wasnt to worried. Now it's been 3 days and it is still sore as hell. Its not swollen, or red, just stiff and very sore. I would appreciate any insight from some of you more seasoned guys. Thanks for listening.

Delts will always stay sore for a few days. Mine are still sore from monday.

I personally wouldn't go over 1ml-1.5ml in delts.

If it's not warm to the touch, red and swollen don't worry about, pain from pinning is part of the game bro...get used to it.

Same here......I don't exceed 1ml.....Prop by any chance??

Thanks guys. Always gone in glutes with no issue, first time in delts. It was 1cc mast e 1cc tren e. Was hoping it wasnt an infection.

Yeah, it is simply due to the volume, as mentioned. If I surpass 2mL (a rarity, tbh) in either delt, I end up with reasonable soreness for two or three days.
