Sore nips

I know this has been addressed a hundred times but,
I'm older and (over 50) never had gyno or soreness. Recently I've been having really sore nipples. I'm on moderately high HRT. 250mg Test Enan EW, and 2iu HGH daily. Excellent quality gear.
I have both Novadex and Adex. They both come from a very reliable source. Neither seems to be working I upped the dose on the Nolva all the way to 100mg daily. Tried Adex at a higher dose also. No effect.
Some have suggested Prolactin levels. I thought that elevated prolactin came only from compounds like Tren or Deca. I'm taking neither for a long time. I hesitate to have blood work as my doctor knows about the test and completely disapproves. Stupid question but can I get blood work from a lab without a script?
Any suggestions? Lot of knowledge here.

PS, additional info, I have real soreness but no swelling at all.

I've had something similar happen to me. I used to be able to run ANYTHING without any AI or SERM but right around my late 40s I started getting sore nipples from TRT dosages. Pharma grade Arimidex or Nolvadex didn't help at all. I wasn't running anything but TRT and a very small amount of HGH. To make a long story short, try a little bit of Cabergoline twice per week and see if it helps. It made my sore nips go away within a few weeks.

As in legit Pharma Grade in blister?

Are you taking any peptides beyond your HGH such as IGF-, Ipam, etc? I know for me, peptides can flare up the one side.

As far as labs, just use something like Private MD labs. Quest or LabCorp will do the pull in most states.

Get a prolactin test, it’s fairly cheap.
Same exact thing happened to my friend. Sore nips and gyno and serms or AI’s wouldn’t touch it. Cant remember the details but he wasn’t even on anything, maybe trt level of test. He’s go to doctor for things and they weren’t helpful. I kept mentioning prolactin to him and he relayed it to doctor but thought it was irrelevant. Finally he insisted and the doc tested it. His prolactin was sky high due to a tumor on pituitary. It’s more common then people think.
It cost him a marriage due to sex drive issues, which turned out to be a good thing actually as he’s in a much better relationship now.
1/2 mg of caber completely cure the gyno. Tumor was benign but it still fucks with the pituitary function.

Get bloods done.

Drop the HGH. I think it made my gyno worse and pushed my E up.

Caber makes me miserable and has long life, masteron was invented to reverse gyno so try that also make a rule not to touch your nipples for a week and see if that helps, I’ve seen a ton of guys worried about gyno and in checking for it got sore nipples and yes I’ve done it too. I’m 44 and still sweat gyno even though I take 1/2 what I used to or less.

.5 caber 2tice a week first week then .25 twice a week works well. If you feel like shit you're taking too much.

In general from my reading most men as they get older end up with higher E2 levels. The body seems to convert T to E faster especially with higher body fat levels and the liver becomes less effective at removing estrogen from the body.

I think like all drugs caber hits people diff .25 has me exhausted for about 4 days.

I'm taking .25mg twice per week with zero side effects, only positives.

I know lots of guys who tolerate it just fine I’m not saying don’t take it just be prepared bc I know plenty who can’t tolerate it too.

I believe the age thing. I’m 54 and even low dose test catches up to me as far as estrogen. Not so much as gyno or other sides but sex drive
