Soreness and Pinning

Yeah I've had some pretty fuckin nasty Shots. One time wih BP sustamed My left Shoulder was HOT and SWollen and RED all over. After 1 week it went away completely. As of right now my asscheeks are the size of SOFTBALLS, Gotta love ST450. Oh and the first day I pinned prop in my right shoulder The whole thing turned red, swolled up and ran down my tricep, I was kinda freaking out...however I waited it out..everything subsided.

Lucky me lool

At least I am not having those problems anymore (knock on wood). I have received great advice from people on the board. I have been getting better at it over time. Joining this board has helped me out more then I can say!

pinned 750mg(3cc) of the rotex on wed(L.Quad) and then another 750 on fri in my Right quad right after a heavy leg workout, no pain...

maybe u went near a nerve or blood vessel or something..

I don't know? I don't feel anything when I do the gluts, but every once in a while, it bothers the quads...

It has gotten MUCH better over time!

Just shot some prop yesterday and can feel a little knot in my cheek and is a little sore nothing real bad. Is everything cool
