Ok I have been training for 16 years and I still get sore...Some say this is not an indication of muscle breakdown and growth. I feel that I have been making progress steadly for the past 10 years or so. Whether is is strength gains, muscle gains, or both.
I did chest and traps on Tuesday and today is Friday and I am sore like I just did my chest 48 hours ago(to the point I cannot do some daily activities). My diet is key I know this...250+ grams of protein a day. AM I at a point where i need to rest??? I am confused, because I do not feel overtrained...but DAMN all my body parts get sore as all hell. I do each body part once every 7 to 10 days. HEAVY AND HARD.
OVERTRAINED??? could someone give me some tweeking?? OR some advice on this??
