ok i went and pickd up my humalin r today(and all went well) then i went to get some glucose and could not gind it, i was looking for it in a pure form like a pill,gell,ect is there a brand name of something i should look for, also do u inject on days u dont lift, cuzz i want to do so tom. to see how i would react

just use gatorade, you'll get the same effect. don't do more than 4ius first couple times and not late at night.
 
Glucose is the first choice, especially if you are strating out as it's the easiest to control and measure.

You are looking for glucose powder. You find it in the sports drink section at any supermarket, walmart, pharmacy, etc.
 
glucose and "dextrose" are the same thing. Don't pay too much for dextrose powder. I buy it down at my local health food store for $1.09 a pound.

You will have to take ALOT of those glucose tabs to get the 100 grams you will need when you get up to 10 IUs.

Better off doing the powder.

Once you get used to what you are doing you can use Ultra Fuel powder, that way you have simple and complex carbs.

As far as Gatorade you would need a couple Gallons to get the 100 Grams you will eventually need.
