Not to mention I found Phil Hernon on here and hired him. It has been barely over a week and i won't give too much away as I paid the man for his services, but i'll just say this. In BARELY over a week im eating ALOT and when i say alot i mean ALOT more calories than i was when i THOUGHT i was "dieting to get lean" and have already lost 4 pounds of fat. And trust me it is NOT water weight as my carbs have increased ten-fold (yes exaggeration, but still they are WAY higher) compared to what i was eating before. This man will not spoon feed you but just listen to him and you are in GREAT hands. He knows is shit for sure.
