I think a person gives up their rights when commiting evil acts like these.
The guy here in Brooklyn who kidnapped and chopped up a little boy admitted it. Its going to trial. If he admitted it and you caught him with the body why do we need a trial. Hang him. Simple.

And could in fact easily restore their natural levels of the hormone allowing them to have sex despite their lack of testicles. They only 2 ways to make sure a pediphile does not act out again is #1 sever the brain from the rest of the body which no doctor or judge wil ever call for. #2 keep the person locked up for life. If you're locked away it doesn't matter wether your castrated or not.
