Wanna look SOFT all day? Sure, load up on the SOY myth. Raises estrogen levels, period. No health benefits. Please research Soy extensively. Plant proteins cannot and will not EVER build significant muscle, simply because they lack the 8 essential, and 8 essential amino acids. I love seeing the yuppies at Wholefoods Market buying it up, then to justify their ignorance and stupidity regarding nutrition, they will say "well the Asians and Japanese use it and eat it"... and sushi places serve Edamame, sure...for dummies. In actuality, and i love to use the word HOMEWORK, the Japanese simply DO NOT consume Soy....they crush it up and put it in the soil for FERTILIZER!! Holy Shit Batman!!' I guess its true if you keep saying the same shit all over again, people will believe it!!
