Plant proteins cannot and will not EVER build significant muscle, simply because they lack the 8 essential, and 8 essential amino acids. I love seeing the yuppies at Wholefoods Market buying it up, then to justify their ignorance and stupidity regarding nutrition, they will say "well the Asians and Japanese use it and eat it"... and sushi places serve Edamame, sure...for dummies.
