Just want to get your opinions on what I've been doing..
Low carb diet 6 days a week under 100g, 1 high(er) carb day
Mod fat, high protein
Tren ace 100mg EOD
Sust 500 mg EW
EC stack (only take 1 baby asprin) 25mg 2x a day ED and only take caffiene before workout EOD.
I want to up the EC to 25mg 3x a day and 100mg caffiene 3x a day ED. Do you think this will risk muscle loss? I dont have much experience with stims besides clen which I've only done a few times.
