Ok guys. Here is my Spc log. Running only Spc besides Hgh. My cycle is as follows
1-16 test cyp 500mg
1-16 masteron e 400mg
1-16 tren e 600mg
1-16 eq 600mg
3 iu of hgh pre workout
I will probably add some winny and var at the end.
Stats 5’11
270 pounds
Goal is to get to 220 pounds
Meal 1. Redcon mre shake. 50g protein
Meal 2 Tuna 50g and half cup jasmine rice
Meal 3 Tuna 50g and half cup vegetables
Meal 4 Tuna 50g and half cup jasmine rice
Meal 5 Steak 70g protein and 1 cup vegetables
may need to add more carbs as tren likes carbs. I will adjust as I go along
Trained back today
4 sets close grip rows
4 sets wide grip rows
4 sets tbar rows
4 sets of bent over rows
4 sets lat pull downs. In front and behind the neck
4 sets close grip pulldowns
4 sets straight arm pull downs
Followed by 4 sets of shrugs
Strength wise felt good. I know it will be a min before everything kicks in as there long esters. Anything anyone sees I should add or wanna know just lmk. I will post a before picture shortly
