Hello professional muscle family. I need your advice regarding a diet named Special K or "the Special K diet." Does anyone have experience or information regarding the Special K diet? I have a female friend that recently started this diet and I'd like to know if it's any good or should she be directed to the old fashion (protein, carbs, fats) way of dieting?
Just to give you a bit of information on my friend. She's 5'3"-5'4", 26 yrs old, previous weight was 160 and current weight is 203lbs, has a 17 month baby boy and she drinks casually. Her goal is to get back to her original pre-pregnancy weight of 160-lbs.
