Yes but I don't think synthetek sell it still. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I know when I ordered last it wasn't available on the list. The only powder available was synthepure.

By the way Suzy if you want a shake for size I would go with synthepure and add it into smoothies. That way you have quality protein and you can add alsorts of things for carbs and fats such as fruits (pineapple, banana, apples, berries etc), nut butters, nuts, eggs, honey, greens, vegetables etc. 1-2 of those per day with 3-4 good whole meals and you have a great diet for gaining muscle.

Now if you want an actual carb powder for shakes I would recommend powdered oats or activated barley. You can get them on most wholesaler sites. Oats you can get pretty much buy anywhere and they are cheap but effective for most. I am using quaker oats myself at the moment but rotate brands.
