Spicy Glazed Chicken
1 pound diced Chicken breast
4 tablespoon no sugar ketchup
2 tablespoon vinegar
3/4 teaspoon dried mustard
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 diced onions
2 tablespoon Splenda

Place chicken in a baking pan thays been well coated with non stick spray.
In a non stick sauce pan combine all other ingredients and bring to a simmer over low/medium heat and cook for 1 minute once it starts to simmer , then remove from heat.
Add the mix to the chicken , cover and bake at 350° for 1hr , uncover and stor at 30 min , recover and finish baking.

You could always add in some cayenne or red pepper flakes if you want more spice.

tbh i never thought about using splenda in a chicken glaze but it sounds like a decent way to save some calories. i might add some red pepper flakes to actually make it "spicy" since the ingredients look more like a bbq tang. definitely gonna try this with thighs instead of breast for more flavor.

I'd imagine that some Aleppo pepper would go well with this
 
If your wallet and stomach can handle it, Allulose works wonders for replicating any sort of sugar sauce/glaze.
