Spicy Glazed Chicken
1 pound diced Chicken breast
4 tablespoon no sugar ketchup
2 tablespoon vinegar
3/4 teaspoon dried mustard
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 diced onions
2 tablespoon Splenda
Place chicken in a baking pan thays been well coated with non stick spray.
In a non stick sauce pan combine all other ingredients and bring to a simmer over low/medium heat and cook for 1 minute once it starts to simmer , then remove from heat.
Add the mix to the chicken , cover and bake at 350° for 1hr , uncover and stor at 30 min , recover and finish baking.
