And yet, let's see here, from personal experience:

2000 - customs intercepts a package addressed to a fake name to one of my addresses. They intercept it only, no controlled delivery. Zero prior history. 7am they bust my door down, raid my house, find nothing.

2003 - they intercept a package addressed to a fake name in the other side of town. Again, no controlled delivery. Then they bust MY door down again because of previous association with that address. Again, they leave empty handed.

Both times, especially the second, they would make personal comments that would make me take pause.. Clearly someone, somewhere was keeping an eye on me for whatever reason.

Point is, they can do whatever the fuck they want, when they want, regardless of what the law says. They regularly do things that people say "but they can't do that!".
And then you're the one that is left to deal with it later if you so choose.

Point is that you should be the one to shut up because you have no fucking clue.

Simple answer. Your decision. You can if you really want to keep a good relationship with the source possibly. However, you are under ZERO obligation to do so. Receiving extra product or double product and making a deal to cover some of the cost is one thing, but this IMO you have no obligation to do so. You are not a remailer and remailers are usually paid quite well for their work due to the risk they take.

from the sponsor, who's shipper sent the wrong package to my door, asking me to send it to someone else for him

I wanna do the favor and am in no way wanting to get some s* for free (karma adds up)

In the past I have gotten stuff (viagra from india) stopped at customs w letters sent to me to come claim it or it would be destroyed

I had this happen with legal research items. The sponsor sent me a prepaid postage box and asked for me to ship it back to them, which I did. But, for HGH or AAS, no way I’d ship it. I’m way too paranoid. They need to take the loss and reship your proper order.

You’d still show up on the cameras inside the postal office if you went in. They’d have your face on camera

Then probably your vehicle on camera from the outside, then some random traffic camera grabbing your license plate, which would tie back to your address (most likely)

He lost in court I was found not guilty with prejudice. Which means I can’t be retried ever. Fucking punk asses just picked me at random .

Definitely the sources mistake. They should write it off as a loss and take as a lesson to do better, mistakes like this can't happen, no excuses. I had a supplier accidentally sent me a duplicate order once. I wanted to make things right because I'm a big believer in karma. I told them I wanted to pay for the order and they told me to keep it for free OR if I wanted I could send them 50% of the orders value. It was things I was using at the time and I had a good relationship and a lot of respect for the supplier so I did the 50% payment and everyone was happy.
