spot injecting medial head triceps?

anyone done it? I'm sure its been done. trying to figure out best way to do it without hitting nerves. i do lateral and long head no problem.

Reach around the back of the arm backwards, its easier if you lean on your elbow and bend at the waist. You have to hold the needle the opposite you would normally and push the plunger with your pinkie finger.
At least thats what I heard...lol...not that I EVER did it myself.

Example take right arm and act like scratching center of back should put tricep in right position.Then reach over with syringe in left ham administer accupuncture aspirate and viola!

well i went ahead and did .25cc with 30g needle. I placed my arm straight ahead as in underhand bench press and shot from below. made sure I didnt go through tendon. shot went smooth and to my surprise, the usual elbow pain i feel during extension was gone. will report tomorrow how the PIP will be, or lack there of lol.

ok an update:
its been 3 days and the site is alright. it was slightly red and swollen on my left side only but def tolerable. plus it made my elbow pain much better. think i'll keep at it, not more than 1/3cc at a time.

1/4 cc and with a slin pin?

No it was regular barrel with 30 gauge needle. i loaded 1 cc of my gear and shot .40ml on long head, .35ml on lateral head, then .25ml on medial head.
