sprouted seeds, anyone use.

Anyone use sprouted seeds as part of their diet.
usually un-sprouted seeds are gard to digest and nutrients aren't fully bioavailable.
Sprouting them supposedly changes all that. Even sprouted rice protein is basically near that of whey in the amino profiles.
Sprouted watermelon seeds have 11 grams of protein per ounce, with good fats and fiber.
 
My gf is on the broccoli sprout thing so I've been having some of those in my shakes in the morning.. tastes healthy. Can't say much other than that. Haven't done any blood work before and after to really look for any significant health changes..
 
I like Ezekiel bread and cereal. Its made from sprouted grains
 
Put sprouted chia and flex seeds into my shakes and protein sludge
 
every single day. 2 slices sprouted ezekiel bread, 1 tablespoon grassfed butter, 4 eggs scrambled with a little cheddar thrown in.

Makes me very happy to eat this meal :)
 
I was gonna start adding spouted pumpkin seeds to my Eaa/carb drinks.
the seeds are heavy in salt though. Could I rice them off a lil?

I used to grow my own sprouts, they are an excellent source of nutrients. Sprouted seeds and grains like what are found in ezekiel bread are also a part of my diet and I find them beneficial.
 
I eat a lot of broccoli sprouts. Great source of sulforaphane.
