Basic, to the point workout. Changed from squatting on Friday's. I plan on adding 25# a week up to the 28th which will be a monolift test day and my last heavy day. I would like to open at 600# so we'll see how that day goes. Depth is good so hopefully that carries over to actually getting a lift passed in a freakin' meet!
