Squat/Deadlift VID as always feedback on form greatly appreciated.

Squat/Deadlift day. Did a little more volume than usual, 8 reps every set except 1 set of deads. Squat form seems a lot better, I was able to force myself to parallel. Deadlifts.... not so much, had a lot of grip problems today.

Form looked good on dl. Can tell your grip was off. Your squat form is ok. Way better than the guy squatting behind you during your dl lol. I think you could get more depth in your squat without it affecting your strength much but I guess it depends more on your goals. Im actually stronger below paralell than above.

be careful, looks like discs just waiting to pop

Your shoulders are too far in front of the bar on your dead. I hope you find this vid helpful.....

I definitely need to be more careful with my back. I might start belting up more often it's hard to keep good form throughout an entire workout.

Thanks for the Dave Tate link watching his squat video's already helped me a lot with just setting up correctly for the lift.

Hey man...just really want see you succeed! You are always posting for advice and not thinking you can't improve from the feedback of others! You will meet/exceed your goals in the very near future! You're attitude and willingness to fine tune your technique will see to that.
 
wow man, i've been working on my dl form quite a bit as of late. i've been doing alright keeping my back flat but i've always been taught to line up the bar against my shins and drag up my legs. guess i need to make more adjustments. thanks for the vid on that.

Thanks bro, the annoying kid in class that asks all the questions is the kid that ends up on top, and this forum has some great teachers.
