I train legs once a week
1 x squat 20 reps medium load in ss with leg extension in rest pause till dead than wait 3-4 min and repeat.
Just 2 series and my legs are big and skinny
I tried to work legs every day but after 3 days i drop it.
Need an chinese massage every day to recovery LOL
Big and skinny? Isnt that an oxymoron? Haha
