squats every day?

I train legs once a week

1 x squat 20 reps medium load in ss with leg extension in rest pause till dead than wait 3-4 min and repeat.

Just 2 series and my legs are big and skinny

I tried to work legs every day but after 3 days i drop it.

Need an chinese massage every day to recovery LOL


Big and skinny? Isnt that an oxymoron? Haha

I squatted everyday for 21 days and i had great results ,I was able to finish with 495 on the last day and was hittin 405 for 8 Atg everyday I noticed my inners grew a lot and was sore as fk everyday but after warmup I was fine also no belt ever just wraps..

that's impressive .:eek:
 
I used to squat everyday to a calm 5 rep max of the day with a different squat variation, 7days aweek for 3months. As long as your mobility and form are in check I dont see any issues. This is not so uncommon amongst weightlifters and even powerlifters using the bulgarian method.

I had great results with this and my legs never got sore because they never got a change to tighten up. I made huge improvements in my form and.mobility.

I stopped doing it because I like to lift angry(cant do that with daily squats). I also like doing additional leg work which this wont allow for and squatting first left very litle energy for other upper body training.

Results wise I finally broke 235lbs at 110lbs bodyweight. :)
