Hey guys I've searched but couldn't find out...ok my problem area is my ass and waist....I was talking with someone and was told that I probably shouldn't be doing deadlifts and squats because they make the glutes grow. My ass does't really stuck out but its sort of wide and yes I do have high b/f...so I was wondering what would you all suggest I do? Oh by the way yes I'm doing cardio and have my diet in check
