Stacking Peg MGF & IGF-1 Lr3

Can anyone tell me the best way to stack PEG MGF & IGF-1 Lr3 together? I read some where else to take the MGF immediately after training and take the IGF-1 an hour later.

Does anyone have experience with this? And for the first time user, what doses do you recomend?

Not sure if there is a "best way". I personally liked using lr3 roughly an hour pre w/carbs, and then mgf immediately post.

mgf i'd use 200mcg +, Lr3 you can get away with 20-40mcg
