STANOLONE VS MESTANOLONE USER EXPERIENCE

Hi, looking to learn more about the difference between stanolone and mestanolone. From what I read it seems stanolone is stronger as it's pure DHT and the other is methylated or something?

My main question is how do you take each one for optimal results e.g. oral or inject, and at what dosages
