staples come out on Friday

Well the staples in my back will come out on Friday. I've been doing quite a bit. Not really any strenuous movements but just some minor push ups and walking. The area of the incision is a little irritated but I'll be alright. Thanks to everyone who said a prayer for me or offered any help.

Back surgery bro. I was talking about for about two weeks. You must of missed it. Any way I had the surgery last Monday. Pax.

Looks like the staples are coming out tomorrow June 2. The area is itching like a motherf**ker. We are going 2 days early because of child care issues. They were supposed to come off Friday June 4 @ 3pm but we need an earlier appointment.

I had around 15 staples put in a wound in my calves a few years back. It healed real nice and you can barely see the scar.
