Started today -
Ostarine 25mg daily
Eq 300mg weekly
Test Cyp 200mg weekly
Black Tops 2-4ius daily
My initial dosing schedule for hgh was in the AM. and on occasion post workout.
However, I wake up and work out on an empty stomach. It's not fasted training per say as it hasn't been 24 hours since I last ate, but it's been 8-12 hours.
I've found (over the past few years) I have much better, stronger, harsher workouts when I get up and go.
So... I did some googling re waking, taking gh and training. Most ppl don't recommend it. Some say pin before bed. Some post workout.
There's about 38 million different posts on this... I've read as many as I can...
This is what I did today -
Pinned my AS in the AM
Took ostarine in the AM
Took 1iu (small amount as I'm just starting) at 1:20pm
Took my pre workout
Took Syntha 6 to use as an intra shake
Worked out
Returned home by 245pm
Took iso whey shake
Eating by 3pm. 2 cups brown rice and 1 baked chicken breast.
Plan to re pin 2 ius 2 hours or so after eating.
Thoughts on this??
