this is week one. we took before measurements (reminds me i need to take pics today!) i have one kit for her now which will carry her for 20 weeks if we dont up the dose) and 10 kits on the way for me to get back on (been about 8-9 months since ive used hgh) which i will share if needed.

i have anavar on the way. will start her at 5mg/day and see how it goes. if needed i will up dose to 10mg/day.

she is 5'11" 140lbs
does crossfit 3-5 days/weeks and is in great shape. shes looking to add some muscle and shed some fat (not much to shed lol!) really excited to see the transformation.

how long should she run the anavar?

She looks fantastic. IMO the gh is the perfect dose. I don't really have an opinion on the var, except keep the dose low.

The Gh/var combo should be great. I have had figure clients with a ton of natural muscle where 5mg was almost too much. Other figure clients that could take 10-15.

She looks great. 5mg/day for 6-8 weeks for first cycle, especially with the gh. might as well stay conservative. she will get results off the 5mg.

You might even consider starting her lower at 2.5 mgs on the Var.

I had my wife doing 1iu of hgh everyday, and 5mg of var everyday.. Perfect dose for her..

Go slow with the Var my Wife started to have her voice change with 5 mg. It took a month to stop cracking and sounding hoarse.

I would swap the anavar for Ostarine. The low-dosed ones that are like 10 mgs. Just seems less likely to mess with her natural hormones while still giving her "anavar-like" results.

she feels fine. i just got some var yesterday so we will probably start it monday. may bump the hgh to 2iu's as well.
so far i can see a difference in her arms,ass and belly. we took before measurements but have not remeasured yet.
