Starting first cycle soon concerned about acne

If I already have some acne on my face and had pretty bad face, back, and shoulder acne about 3 years ago am I going to get terrible acne after hopping on?

How long will it be till I start to see my acne get worse and what can I do to prevent it? I already plan on pinning EOD would pinning daily instead make a big difference, and should I take an AI if I start to get acne or do I need more symptoms of high E2?

If you are worried about these side affects, the only way you'll truly know is by trial & error.
Start at a very low dose and titrate up from there. Have an AI available as well as some Accutane if you are dead set on doing this and willing to check off boxes ad you do your personal research.
You might be someone who reacts terribly to high test cycles but does very well on other anabolics.... nobody can tell you this as you have to find out on your own.

General rule: Start at the lowest affective dose of testosterone and slowly move up from there until sides start to become an issue. Then back off slightly and see if they go away. If they do, then you just found out what your body can tolerate without needing an AI or other support supplement. (This point in the cycle would be a great time to get blood work done).
As time goes on, you can experiment on other compounds combined with testosterone to see how you do on them....

Dont start at the typical 500mg of test if thats your plan, thats way too much. Have an AI on hand if you're a high aromotizer, and have accutane on hand. I got gnarly cystic acne my first cycle of 500T and not knowing what accutane or an AI is. I would not preemptively take either, only if necessary. You know if you have high E2 by bloodwork.

The best way to get rid of test acne is to blast 2g a week which anabolically destroys the acne

I got acne on my back and shoulders pretty bad years back. I ran accutane at a low dose (20mg if memory serves me) and only as long as it took to clear me up and I’ve never had an issue since. Shits harsh as hell but amazing.
