I love when people put out compounds, and dosages and ask what kind of gains they make.

I benefited more from spending ways learning to train harder, eat more food that my body agrees with, and sleep more efficiently (no white lights, go to bed at the same time everyday) than I ever did trying to find the perfect "combination" of drugs.
It also helps that the monster on this boards have a recurring pattern to them. Dialed in training, big caloric intake, basic AAS/GH (some fukers like biglizard doesn't even use GH, and the dudes a behemoth).
$20 spent on Dr. Scott Stevenson's Fortitude Training Ebook has given me more than thousands spent on Gear, GH, or any other thing.
Keep it simple. Run what you like, don't run more than you need, And focus as much attention on other areas as well.
