First I'm seeing people say negative things about it. I take it at 10mg and have zero side effects. There are always going to be some individuals who can't handle something. I've read that it's very low side effects everywhere else I have searched.

I have read the same in various articles online but I am sure most of them are essentially copied and pasted with the same info regurgitated. I have also read the same in some clinical studies but I have also read the same about trenbolone having low side effects in clinical studies so I always take them with a grain of salt. In all the consumer reviews from people who have been prescribed it from their doctor (legit source) it has terrible reviews generally speaking. There are many who get no side effects like yourself so you should continue using it. Although I am sure if 100 people from this forum start using it there will be many bad reviews but there is only one way to find out. I researched it and took it myself after reading the glowing reports in clinical studies and reading articles on it and again literally the worse side effects out of anything I have ever taken... well if you don't count that horrible k-hole I went into that one time

Damn you had a bad reaction to Telmisartan as well if I recall? Any chance it's a bad source (guessing this isn't the case but worth asking)?

Without any known negative effects? As I have posted in the past ezetimibe gave me horrible side effects. The worse side effects anything has ever caused me and that is saying something. If you read user reviews online it's full of similar stories. Some may really benefit from it but I personally have to warn people because overall I think generally speaking it's a very poor drug. Many get no side effects at all and others experience severe side effects...
