Status of gyms in Greece and belgium

Friends,
If anyone lived in Greece or Belgium, can you please let me know if the gyms are open?
Also bonus points if you know travel restrictions for a US citizen. From online search it seems in Greece if u have a vaccination card you are free and for belgium there is a 7 day quarantine.
Am I accurate?

Greece is opening everything back up May 14. Belgium already open their borders. May 8, many things will be open again and beginning of June, most restrictions lifted.

Now I want to correct most people on this vaccine card. Europe is in process of making a digital or paper pass, but it is not just because you have a vaccine. It means you have the vaccine, had covid-19 in last 90 days, recovered and have a medical facility state so, or simply a negative test. They have a rapid antigen test that you can get results in 30 minutes. These will be the three stipulations for most European countries.

Currently, we have not lifted restrictions for non essential travel in Romania from USA, but will soon. Since I am an American citizen and Romanian resident, it is no problem for me to travel back and forth. I just have to show a negative test both ways and no restrictions.

a member here who passed away (Juice4meOG) who was a friend of mine in RL since SSB lived in romania doing defense contracting before he passed a few years ago (RIP). He told me in certain towns they still ride around in horse and buggy and its total communist satellite country still, forgive me if i sound naive but is there any truth to this

Yes, in the smaller villages, you see many with horse and buggy. They live a simple life. It is far from being a communist country. Elections are held and people get to choose who they want in office.

Gyms are closed in Belgium since mid/October. You might find one that puts its stuff outside but those are VERY rare.

Here in Greece gyms haven't opened yet. They are closed since November. We don't know an exact date for opening.
Restaurants and cafes are reopening at 3 of May only for outer spaces.
If you have vaccineted you dont have to be at quarantine, same if you have a negative test.

I'm also from Belgium and the gyms are MAYBE going to reopen in June IF the numbers are good by then which I highly doubt they will be. I think we'll already have to be glad if they reopen in 2021 still.
