I've been debating this for a while now. My friend/trainer thinks I should cut a bit before I plan on running again. Only thing is I don't really want to lose much size. I was thinking about staying on a bulk until I plan on cutting before a show sometime in the spring. I don't walk around with that much bodyfat, about 13-15% max. do you guys think I would benefit more if I cut down before I ran another cycle or should I just keep doing what I'm doing?
