I used to feel the same way. Got a sleep test done, got a cpap mask, problem solved.

I concur too, though hgh always makes me sleep making sure you get a "full" night of sleep can make a difference.

pinto i have no issues sleeping.. I am crashed out by 1030... WIth my new bed i dont stand a chance staying awake in it, it is just staying away through out the day. I have less the two weeks left so i will just have to power through it, but hopfully i will find some thing for next prep that makes it a big easier. i got a bunch of double shot esspresso shots to put in my coffee which worked good today. I did all most fall asleep while on hold on the phone but fought it off.

I carbed up on sunday with some sweet potatoes and man just adding in those carbs jumped me up 5 lbs heavier then normal. I was 193 at the end of the day. But after my AM cardio session i it all came right off.

I also started to take a prework out at 9am its a non stim preworkout hemavol which is doing pretty good. I am not a fan of stim prework outs which is why i got this. stims make me sick in the gym...
